Our home/kitchen dispensers are 0.5 litre cream whippers. This standard size 1/2 litre whipper will make up to 1.5 litres of fresh whipped cream or cold espumas in an instant!
This Dispenser uses 8g nitrous oxide (N2O) cream charger gas cartridges to whip and propel the cream.
Please follow the instructions in the box, do not use with hot ingredients
To use;
1. Pour your cream into the dispenser and then screw on the head - (If you have added any additional flavourings give it a shake at this point)
2. Screw in a N2O cream charger using the charger holder. This will puncture the disposable charger allowing the gas to enter the cream.
3.When you use the trigger on the dispenser, the cream will be allowed to exit the nozzle expanding as it does so.
Making whipped cream is as easy as wearing a hat!
