A whipped cream charger is a steel cylinder or cartridge filled with nitrous oxide that is used as a whipping agent in a whipped cream dispenser. The narrow end of a charger has a foil covering which is broken to release the gas. This is usually done by a sharp pin inside the whipped cream dispenser.

Cream whippers work by using small chargers filled with compressed nitrous oxide to aerate the liquid of your choice, and force it through a nozzle at the top. The chargers of nitrous oxide are small metal cartridges that need to be slipped into the sleeve of the canister. The sleeve is then carefully screwed into the side of the canister until the gas is released. When the trigger or lever is pressed in, the compressed gas mixes with the liquid to produce a foam

For DPD PREMIUM Next Day delivery:

Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs will be delivered on the next WORKING DAY with no fail. Orders placed after 2PM on Thursday will be delivered on Monday UNLESS DPD Saturday delivery is selected.

For Standard Delivery:

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped between 1-2 working days and will arrive within 5 days. (Due to COVID 19 there are slight delays with Royal Mail standard delivery however orders are still being delivered) Please contact hello@thecreambar.co.uk if you are having problems locating your order.

During promotional periods, Bank holidays and other holidays deliveries may take 1-2 business days more from the date of your order confirmation.

We currently do not ship Internationally.

TcBX Same Day delivery is a service we currently only offer to customers in London. If you are in London and would like same day delivery please select the option at checkout. If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.

We are not able to cancel any orders once placed.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, or damaged. All of our products are put through rigorous testing before getting shipped out so be assured your items will arrive safely in perfect condition.

However we can assist with changing orders within 24 hours. Please contact hello@thecreambar.co.uk for support.

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are ONLY accepted at the discretion of The Cream Bar. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-14 business days and confirmation will be sent via email.

Collections are made from our Central London location. Address of collection can be found when making purchase on the order page.

ID may be requested if we suspect misuse or for anyone that looks under the age of 25.
